What traits do leaders posses?
Well firstly, a good leader has an exemplary character. It is very important that a leader must be trustworthy to lead others. A leader needs to be trusted and be known to live their life with honesty and integrity. A leader also needs to be able to be a source of inspiration, and be a motivator towards the required action or cause.
A good leader is confident. In order to lead and set direction a leader needs to appear confident as a person and in the leadership role. Such a person inspires confidence in others and draws out the trust and best efforts of the team to complete the task well.
A good leader must also be able to remain calm in the worst of situations. This gives the group members confidence and motivation that they can solve the problem.
How do you think a good leader manages crisis under stressful situations?
A leader would remain calm in stressful situations and not panic as to give his other group members confidence to pull through and solve the crisis. A leader also has to be prepared and not lose their temper.
