Traits of a leader:
Friendly and welcoming: A leader must be able to get along well with others and make others feel like they are a part of the team/ have a part to play in the team.
A good role-model: A leader must be able to set a good example for others to follow.
Able to stay calm when under pressure: A leaser must be able to work well under pressure and think carefully before making decisions.
Able to make tough decisions: A leader must be able to make tough decisions or any decisions for that matter that may not benefit all but benefits most or is the most beneficial for the rest.
How do you think a good leader manages crisis under stressful situations?
-He or she has to stay calm and not get so stressed and worked up so that they can think with a clear mind and so that they also will not make any rash decisions that have not been thoroughly thought trough yet. The leader must also be able to assure and calm the team members so that the team members will not be stressed and thus they will be able to concentrate on the task and be more efficient.
